We’re based out in Kadayirippu P.O., near Kolencherry. Plant Lipdis (P) Ltd. has its roots deep in this area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We work with extracts and oils that come from plants, which involves a lot of technical stuff that we don't usually talk much about. The facility is functional and serves its purpose without any extra frills. Being in Kolencherry means we’re away from the big city noise, which is nice. Most of the folks working here live nearby and have been with us for a long time. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s not always easy work, as dealing with plant materials can be unpredictable depending on the season and the weather. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the production side of things and let the results handle the rest. The office is usually stacked with papers and samples. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the machines running smooth. It’s a quiet life out here in Kadayirippu, and we’re happy to keep it that way. No big corporate attitude, just a group of people working together in the plant.
