We are based out in Ambunad, which is over by the Malaidamthuruth post office area in Aluva. Akay Flavours And Aromatics Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good while. It's a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually kind of nice for a change. We deal with various flavors and aromatic products here. The work keeps us busy, especially during the harvest seasons when things get really moving. We have a mix of office space and areas where we handle the goods. Most of the people working here live nearby in Aluva or the surrounding villages. It feels like a local operation even though we send our products to different places. The road out to Ambunad is okay, though it gets a bit muddy when it rains. We don’t have any big corporate signs or fancy reception areas. It’s just a group of us working in the facility. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a little chaotic when a lot of shipments come in at once. That's just how the flavor business goes, I guess. We’ve been here long enough that the locals know who we are. It’s a steady place to work and we just focus on getting the aromatics right. We're just regular people trying to do a good job day in and day out in Aluva. We've been doing this for a long time and we don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon.
