Shri Rajasthani Bhojnalya

Our place is located on Nandini Road, right in the Power House area of Bhilai. It’s a busy part of the city, and we are right in the thick of it. We run a basic bhojnalya where we serve the kind of food we know best. It’s not a place with soft music or dim lighting. It’s bright, a bit noisy, and full of people who are looking for a quick and filling meal. We use simple ingredients and cook things the way they’ve been cooked for years. The kitchen is almost always going, especially around noon when the workers from the nearby shops and offices start coming in. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who handle the cooking and the serving. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once, but we manage to get the plates out. We don’t spend money on fancy menus or decorations. We’d rather keep the prices where regular people can afford them. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we cook, we clean up at the end of the night. People in Bhilai know they can come here for a meal that won't break the bank. It’s been our life for a while now, and we’re happy to be part of the local community here on Nandini Road. We just keep things moving every day and try to be helpful to whoever walks in.
