Our restaurant is on Kurud Road in the Supela area of Bhilai. We are located near Avanti Bai Chowk, which is a major intersection where a lot of people pass by. Bhilai is a city where people work hard, and we try to provide meals that reflect that. Our space is simple and functional. We do not believe in spending a lot on flashy signs or expensive interiors. Instead, we put our effort into the cooking itself. The kitchen is the heart of our shop, and it is usually where you will find most of us working. We started this place because we wanted to bring a specific taste to Supela, and we have stuck to that same way of doing things ever since. The tables are basic, and the service is informal. We talk to our customers like they are friends, because many of them are. Being near the chowk means it can get a bit dusty and noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the plates we are serving. We do not have a mission statement or any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is ready when the lunch hour hits. It is a straightforward business run by local people who live right here in Bhilai. We appreciate everyone who stops by, whether they are regulars or just someone passing through Kurud Road.
