You can find us over on Gulmani Road in the Kohka area of Bhilai. We are right opposite Treasure Island Mall, which is a big landmark around here. It helps people find us, though the traffic near the mall can be a real headache on weekends when everyone is out. We have been operating here for some time now, serving the 490023 zip code. The shop isn't anything too fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. We mostly care about making sure the food is hot and ready when someone walks in. In Bhilai, people appreciate a good meal that doesn't try too hard to be something it’s not. We get families coming in after they finish their shopping at the mall, and we also get workers from the nearby shops who just want a quick lunch. It’s a decent mix of people. The weather here gets really hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible, but with the stoves going, it’s always a struggle. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most of our customers come because they live nearby or they happened to see us while going to the mall. We keep the place running every day, making sure the ingredients are fresh enough. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected if it’s a busy Friday night. It’s just the way things go when you’re a small business like ours. We like being part of the Kohka community and seeing faces.
