Ramdevs Khana Khazana

We started this place on KPS Road in Nehru Nagar East because it seemed like a good area. Being near Agrasen Chowk means there is always someone walking by. We are right across from the Wakodakar Nursing Home, so we get a lot of people who are visiting patients or working there. They usually want something quick and hot. The place isn't very big. We have a few tables and the kitchen takes up most of the back space. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the coolers running. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most of our customers come because they live nearby or they’ve seen the shop while going to the hospital. We make a variety of things, mostly the stuff people in Bhilai like to eat for lunch and dinner. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around for orders, which makes it a bit crowded near the entrance. The staff is just a few local boys who know the regulars by name. We don't have a fancy menu card, just a board and some printed sheets. It's a bit loud when the traffic picks up outside, but we're used to it. We just focus on getting the food out on time. Sometimes we close a little early if everything is finished. It’s just how we run things here. Nothing fancy, just a normal local eating spot for people in the neighborhood.
