Mirchi Tadka

Our place, Mirchi Tadka, is located at Chouhan Plaza on G E Road in Supela. We are right beside the Mahindra Showroom, so we are pretty easy to spot if you are driving along the main road. Bhilai is a hardworking town, and we try to match that energy here. The restaurant is a simple setup where you can get a good meal without paying for a lot of unnecessary extras. We focus on that tadka flavor—lots of spices and proper cooking. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but that’s where the magic happens. We have a small crew, mostly family and a few local guys who have been with us since the start. We aren't part of some big chain. It's just a local spot. The tables are sturdy and the service is quick because we know people are often on their lunch breaks. We see a lot of the workers from the nearby shops and showrooms. Sometimes we even recognize the cars coming in for service next door. We keep the place open pretty late for the dinner crowd too. We don’t spend money on glossy brochures or fancy websites. We just put our effort into the pans and the pots. If you want something that tastes like a real home-cooked meal with a bit of a kick, stop by. We usually have the fan on high and the food ready for you.
