You can find us at Shop Number 6 on Street 2A in the Risali area of Bhilai. We are quite close to the Hanuman Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. We specialize in breakfast and snacks, so our mornings are usually our busiest time. The stove gets going early while the rest of Risali is still waking up. We don't have much room for seating, so a lot of people just grab their food and head out to work or home. It’s a humble little spot. We don't have a big sign with lights or any glossy posters. Most of the people who come here are neighbors or people who visit the temple nearby. We know most of them by name. The kitchen area is tight, and we have to be organized to get everything done on time. We don't use any fancy equipment; just the same pots and pans we’ve used for years. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the community here in Bhilai. We don't have a mission statement or a five-year plan. We just want to make sure the food tastes right and that the tea is hot when people come by in the morning. It’s a lot of repetition, day after day, but there is something nice about being part of someone’s daily morning routine before they start their busy day.
