Moon Shadow Restaurant is part of the Hotel Amit Internationa over on G E Road in Supela. Our actual spot is in Block-C on Plot No 3Hotel Amit Internationa, right in the Shivnath Vistar Vyavsayik Yojna area. It’s near the Chandramaurya Theatre, which is how most people find their way to us in Bhilai. We’ve been operating here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The 490023 area is a busy hub, and being on G E Road means we see a lot of travelers. We are just a regular restaurant where people can sit down and have a meal. There’s no big secret to how we do things; we just show up and get to work. We have a small staff that has been with us through thick and thin. We do the cleaning, the prep work, and the serving without much fuss. Sometimes the theatre crowd comes in all at once, and we have to move fast to keep up. It can be stressful, but it's just part of the job. We don't have a fancy philosophy or anything. We just want to make sure the food is ready and the place is open when people are hungry. It’s a practical way to live, and we’re happy with it. We stay open late most nights because that is when people are out looking for a place to eat.
