Orchid Lounge Fine Dine Restaurant

We run the Orchid Lounge Fine Dine Restaurant over here at A-8, Uttargangotri. If you know where the Axis Bank is in Supela, then you know exactly where we are on G E Road. We’ve been in Bhilai for a while now. Even though the name says fine dine, we try not to be too stiff about it. We just wanted a place where people could sit down and have a proper meal without it feeling like a fast food joint. The dining room has plenty of space. We spend a lot of our time prepping in the back and making sure the servers know what they are doing. It’s a lot of work keeping a restaurant going in this part of town. The traffic on G E Road is always moving, so we get a lot of people stopping in. We aren't part of some giant chain. It’s just our local team trying to keep the place running smooth. We have our good days and our bad days like anyone else. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or we run out of something on the menu, but we deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big mission statement or anything fancy. We just open up, cook, and hope people enjoy their dinner. That is the way we’ve always done it here in Supela. It’s just a regular business run by regular folks.
