CAD B Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at Shop No 128 in the New Civic Center, right in Sector 6. If you know Bhilai, you know that the Civic Center is where everyone goes when they want to get out of the house. We have been here in Sector 6 for a while now, and we have seen how the area has changed over the years. The shop is a straightforward space where we do all our cooking and serving. Every day starts with us checking the supplies and making sure the kitchen is ready for the afternoon. It gets quite lively around here as the sun goes down and the families start walking around the center. We are just one of many shops, but we try to keep our corner clean and welcoming. There is no corporate manual here; we just do things the way we have always done them. The tables are simple, and the walls don't have any expensive art on them. It is just a place for people in Bhilai to grab something to eat. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the kitchen and the front, and by the end of the shift, we are usually pretty tired. But it is good work, and we like being part of the Sector 6 community. We do not use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we are just a local restaurant in a busy market trying to do a decent job every day.
