Anmol Public School

Our school is over at 335, Shiramagondanahalli in Davangere. It’s tucked into the neighborhood, so it feels very much like a local spot. Most of the families live within walking distance or a short bike ride away. We’ve been running things here for some time now. The building has its quirks, like the way the light hits the back rooms in the afternoon. We don’t have a huge team of people, just a dedicated group who shows up every day to teach. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just school. Kids come, they sit in their seats, and we go through the books. Davangere is a good place to be, and Shiramagondanahalli has a nice feel to it. We try to keep the playground area decent, though the grass doesn't always stay green in the heat. There’s always someone sweeping the floors or fixing a desk that got wobbly. We handle the registrations and the daily problems ourselves. It’s not a polished corporate operation. It’s just us. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when the weather changes or when there's a local festival, but we always find our rhythm again. We like the fact that we know most of the parents by name. It makes the whole thing feel more like a community effort than just a business, and that is how we like it.
