Jain Public School

Jain Public School is located out in Nidige, right along the Bh Road on Nh 206 near Shivamogga. It’s a bit outside the main town of Shimoga, which gives us a little more space. The 577222 area is quite green, and we have some trees around the building that provide a bit of shade. The school is a plain building where students from the nearby areas come to study. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just classrooms with desks and chairs that have been around for a while. The staff spends a lot of time coordinating the buses because many kids come from quite a distance. On rainy days, the ground gets a bit muddy, but we just put out some mats and carry on. The office is usually open for anyone who needs to drop by with a question. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many children running around, there is always a bit of clutter in the corners. You can hear the sounds of the highway in the distance, but inside the classrooms, it is mostly just the sound of lessons and pencils scratching on paper. It is a simple, practical school that serves the Nidige community. We don't put on any airs; we just open up every morning and do the work that needs to be done. The administrative work takes up a lot of our time, especially with the state road being so busy.
