Junior Genius Montessori House Of Children is over in Shivamogga. We are located in the Gopala Gowda Extension, specifically at F Block, F 49, on the 4th Cross Road. It is a residential area, so it stays fairly quiet except when the parents are dropping off or picking up the kids. We have been here in Shimoga for quite some time now. The building is just a regular house that we have adapted for the children. We have the Montessori materials laid out on the low shelves, and the kids spend their time working with them. It is not a very formal place. We want the children to feel comfortable, so we do not have a lot of strict rules or a corporate feel. The garden has a bit of space for them to move around. I usually spend my time making sure everything is in its place because things get messy fast with little ones around. We do not do big advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends in the extension. It is a small community here. We know most of the families by name. Some days are more tiring than others, especially when the weather is rainy and we have to keep everyone inside the house. But mostly, it is just a steady flow of days. We are just a local spot for early learning for the kids in Gopala Gowda Extension.
