Yakiniku Restaurant

You can find us in Mangalore, specifically on MG Road in the Inland Avenue building. This is a pretty central part of the city. We call the place Yakiniku Restaurant. It’s a bit different from the usual spots you find around here. Mangalore is a place where people really know their food, so we just try to keep things honest. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big entrance. You just walk in and it’s a straightforward dining room. The Inland Avenue building has other offices and shops, so we get a lot of people during their lunch breaks. They are usually in a hurry, so we try to be quick. It’s not a place for a long, fancy gala; it’s just for eating. We spend a lot of our time making sure the ingredients are right. The humid weather in Mangalore can be tough on everyone, so we try to keep the place as comfortable as possible with the fans. We don't go in for big advertisements or loud music. It’s mostly quiet inside, except for the sound of people eating and the occasional noise from MG Road outside. We’ve been doing this for a while and we have a routine that works for us. It’s a simple business. We aren't trying to change the world or do anything special, just serving food to the people who walk through our door every day.
