Deepa Comforts Restaurant

Deepa Comforts Restaurant is located inside the hotel on M G Road in Mangalore. We’re right in the Kodialbail area, very close to the PVS circle. Since we’re on such a major road, we see a lot of people every day. It’s a mix of people staying in the hotel and locals who just want a meal. The restaurant is quite a busy place, and the staff and I are always on our feet. We start early with breakfast for the hotel guests, and then it’s straight into the lunch and dinner rush. It’s a lot of work to keep a restaurant like this running smoothly. We’ve got a big kitchen, and it can be quite a challenge to coordinate everything when the place is full. Sometimes a dish takes a bit longer than it should, or we have to shuffle tables around to fit a large family, but we just handle it. We aren't trying to be a five-star luxury spot; we’re just a reliable place to eat in Mangalore. I spend my days checking the supplies, talking to the chefs, and making sure the dining area looks presentable. It’s a practical, everyday business. We’re just here on M G Road doing our best to serve the community and the travelers.
