Biryani n Grills

We are situated in the Millenium Tower on Falnir Road in Mangalore. It’s a good spot because we are right opposite Highland Hospital. Because of the hospital, we see a lot of people who are visiting family or working those long hospital shifts. We also get the office crowd from the tower itself. Biryani n Grills is a bit of a mix for us. We do the rice dishes, but we also have the grills going. It’s a busy atmosphere most days. Falnir Road is always packed with cars and bikes, so it’s never really quiet outside. Inside, we try to keep things as comfortable as we can, though it gets quite humid in Mangalore. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just a few of us making sure the food is ready and the place is clean enough. We don’t use any special language or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home at night. The grill can be a bit smokey sometimes, but people don’t seem to mind it much. We’ve got a steady flow of regulars who come in for their favorites every week. It’s a practical place for a quick and easy meal. We aren't trying to change the world here; we are just providing a spot for people to eat near the hospital and the offices. It’s a simple business, and that’s the way we like to keep it for everyone who walks through the door.
