Costa Restaurant

We have been here for a while at the Hotel Costa building. It's right on Pumpwell Road near K S Rao Road. Kankanady is a busy spot in Mangalore, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. Our place isn't very fancy, just some tables and chairs where people can sit and eat their lunch or dinner. The staff here mostly grew up around this part of town. We open up early to get things ready for the morning rush. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the paint might look a little old in the corners, but we keep the tables clean. People stop by while they are traveling through or if they work nearby in the offices. We don't have a big team, just a few of us in the kitchen and two people out front. It gets crowded on the weekends when families come in from the Kankanady area. We just try to get the food out as fast as we can without making mistakes.
