Eggsunday And Just Juice

We are located on the ground floor of the Ouarania Apartment. It's right on the road from Nathoor to Kadri in Mangalore. If you see Gimmy’s supermarket, we are right across from it. It’s a convenient spot for people living in the apartments or walking by. We serve eggs and fresh juice. We use whatever fruit is in season for the juices, so the menu changes a little bit depending on the month. The shop isn't very big, just a few tables and the counter where we prep everything. It can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting for their juice at the same time. We try to work fast but sometimes the blenders take a minute. It’s a local place, so we know a lot of the neighbors who stop by after their morning walk. Mangalore weather gets pretty humid, so the cold juice is what most people come for. We keep the egg pans going for those who want a quick snack. We aren't trying to be a fancy restaurant or anything like that. Just a simple shop with honest food. The floor gets a bit wet sometimes when we're washing up, but we clean it quick. It’s just us working hard every day to keep things running. We like being in Kadri; it’s a good neighborhood to be in. We just show up and start peeling fruit.
