Chicken Tikka

Chicken Tikka is tucked inside the Saibeen Complex on MG Road. We are in the Bejai area of Mangalore. If you know where the MCC building is, we are right opposite that. It’s a good location because MG Road is one of the main spots in the city. The complex is always full of people going to different shops, and we are just one of them. We’ve been here for a good bit of time. It isn't a massive operation. It’s just us working in our space. We don’t use any of that corporate language because it doesn't really fit who we are. We are just local folks. We spend our days making sure everything is ready for the people who walk through the doors of the Saibeen Complex. Mangalore can get quite hot, so being inside the complex is a bit of a relief sometimes. We don't have any grand plans or missions. We just want to keep the shop going and do a decent job. We see a lot of students and office workers because of the MG Road location. It’s a busy life, but we like it. We don't do any flashy advertising. People just find us while they're out running errands or visiting the other shops in Bejai. We just keep things simple and honest here. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us.
