You can find Usha Kiran Veg Restaurant on BEM High School Road in Mangalore. We are located on Car Street, which is a very well-known part of town. Our place is quite close to the Srinivas Theater. Because of the school nearby, we see a lot of students and teachers walking past our doors every day. Car Street is always busy with people going to the temples or the shops nearby. We have a simple vegetarian setup here. It is a local place where people can come in for a quick meal without any drama. The building is older, but it serves us well. We open up early to get the kitchen going for the breakfast crowd. Mangalore weather can be quite humid, but we just keep the fans running and stay busy. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team. It is just a few of us running the floor and the kitchen. We know a lot of our customers by their faces because they live or work right here on Car Street. Sometimes when a movie at Srinivas Theater ends, we get a little rush of people. We just focus on serving the food and keeping the tables clean. It is honest work and we have been doing it for quite some time now. We like being part of the daily life on BEM High School Road.
