Thanvi Restaurant

Thanvi Restaurant is situated in the Kunil Complex in Kankanady, Mangalore. Kankanady is one of those areas that never really stays quiet, so there is always a lot of movement around the complex. We are right there among the other shops and businesses. The space we have isn't huge, but we make it work for the people who come in. Most of our customers are locals who are out doing their shopping or people who work in the nearby offices. Mangalore can get very humid, so we try to keep the place as comfortable as we can, though the front door stays open most of the time. We have a simple counter and the tables are arranged so we can fit as many people as possible without it feeling too cramped. It’s a straightforward operation here. We don't spend much time on decorations or trying to look modern; we just keep things clean and functional. The staff has been with us for a while, and we all just do our jobs. Sometimes it gets really busy during the lunch hour and things can get a little bit loud, but that’s just how a restaurant in a busy complex is. We are easy to find if you are in the Kankanady area and just need a place to sit down for a bit. It’s just a normal restaurant doing its thing in the middle of Mangalore. We’ve been here for a good while now.
