Red Chilly Hut Restaurant

We opened up Red Chilly Hut Restaurant over here in Urwa a while back. If you know where the Urwa store is, you probably know where we are. We sit right next to Santosh bar, so it is a pretty easy landmark for most folks in Mangalore. It is not a very big place, just a simple spot where we do our daily work and make sure people get fed. Some days are busier than others, especially when there is a lot of movement around the store area. We mostly see the same faces coming in, which is nice because we get to know what people like. The kitchen is always going from the morning till we close at night. We don't really do anything too complicated here. It is just about keeping the place clean and getting the food out on time. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but that is just part of being in this part of Urwa. We have been here at 575006 for some time now. Most of us living or working around here just call it the hut. It’s a practical setup for anyone walking by or coming from the bar next door. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that. Just tables and chairs and the smell of cooking coming from the back. We just try to keep things steady and handle the orders as they come in. It is just a normal life for us.
