Parika Restaurant

You can find us in the Marnamikatte area of Jeppu, right near the Vijaya Bank. Mangalore is a place where people appreciate a good meal, and we have been part of this neighborhood for a while. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing our sign and stopping in. The restaurant isn't very large, but it's comfortable enough for a quick lunch or a quiet dinner. We have a few staff members who help out with the cooking and serving. They aren't trained professionals, but they know how to take care of customers. The kitchen can get pretty hot, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the same stoves and pots we’ve had for years. Sometimes the traffic outside near the bank makes it a bit hard to find a place to park, but our regulars don't seem to mind. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s nice to know the people who eat here. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just running a small business in Jeppu. We keep our prices fair and our space as clean as we can manage. It is just a normal, everyday kind of place for the people around here to visit whenever they feel hungry. We don't do anything special, just cook and serve every single day.
