Pallkhi Fine Dine Restaurant

Located up on the third floor of TEJ Towers at Jyothi Circle, we have been here in the Balmatta area for quite some time now. We are right by KMC Hospital, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Mangalore is a busy city and this circle always has something going on. We spend most of our mornings getting the tables ready and checking the kitchen supplies before the lunch rush. The staff usually gets here early to make sure everything looks right. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow when it is busy, so we just have to be patient. You can see the traffic moving around the circle from some of our windows if you look out. It is just a regular place where people come to eat. Nothing too fancy, just some food and a place to sit down for a while. We mostly see locals and some folks visiting the hospital nearby. Balmatta gets quite active during the day. We try to keep things clean and tidy. The kitchen gets hot in the afternoons, especially with the Mangalore humidity being what it is. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the shift. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We check the lights, set the menus, and wait for people to walk through the door. It is not a complicated setup. We just run a restaurant on the third floor. That is about it.
