New Chicken Paradise

New Chicken Paradise is located right on NH 66 in Nanthoor, which stays pretty busy with all the cars going toward Mangalore. We are situated right at the Nezar Nathoor Circle, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our doors. It is right next to Ullas Wines, so a lot of people stop by there and then come over here to see what we have. Running a place on the highway means you meet all sorts of travelers. Some are just passing through and others live right down the street in Nanthoor. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready. Sometimes the deliveries are late and it gets a bit stressful, but we manage. The floors need a lot of mopping because of the dust from the main road. I’ve been working here for a while and you get to know the regulars. We don't have some big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here at this 575005 address. The lights at the circle can be a bit much at night, but it helps people find us. We keep the doors open mostly to let the air circulate. It is a lot of work keeping up with the demand, especially on weekends when everyone is out and about. I usually go home with tired feet, but that is just how it is when you run a food spot.
