Kabab Studio

Our place, Kabab Studio, is located on Bunts Hostel Road in Mangalore. We are quite close to Jyoti Circle, so it’s a busy area with lots of traffic and people walking by. We’ve been here for some time now. It’s just a regular restaurant where we serve people who are out and about in the city. Mangalore - 575003 is a place where people like their food, so we just try to keep up with that. The building isn't brand new, and we don't have any fancy interior designers or anything like that. We just put out the tables and chairs and started serving. It’s a bit noisy because of the road, but that’s just part of being near the circle. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning to taking orders. It’s not a polished corporate place. Sometimes we run out of things or the service is a bit slow when everyone comes at once, but we do what we can. We don’t really have a philosophy or anything, we just open the doors in the morning and work until we close. It’s an honest way to make a living. Most of the people who come in are locals who live nearby or work in the offices around here. We just try to keep the place decent and the food ready. It’s nothing more than that, really. Just us and the shop on Bunts Hostel Road.
