Niswin Foods Pvt Ltd has been here at 6A/1 in Damu Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot and the morning starts early for everyone. Most of us get in before the sun is fully up to get the machines going. There’s always a lot of noise, mostly from the packing area where things get boxed up. We handle a lot of different food products, and it can get a bit messy on the floor during the heavy shifts, but we mop it down twice a day. The office is small, just a few desks pushed together in the corner. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, which they usually are because it gets hot inside. We don't have fancy uniforms, just shirts that we don't mind getting a bit of flour or oil on. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the driveway and we have to go out and ask them to move so people can get through. It’s just how things go around here. People know us in this part of town as the food place behind the main stretch. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are packed right. It isn’t glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. If you walk past our gate in the afternoon, you can usually smell whatever we are processing that day. It’s a steady life.
