Aanad Food Products

Aanad Food Products is located at 42-Om Ganesh Nagar in the Vadavalli Post area. It’s more of a local neighborhood than a commercial hub. We have our small unit here where we prepare and pack the food products. The smell of whatever we are making that day—maybe spices or snacks—usually drifts out onto the street. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't have a lot of big machines; it’s mostly manual work done by a small group of us. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and making sure everything is stored properly. The kitchen area is always busy, and there’s usually someone weighing out portions or sealing up packets. We have a small storage area in the back where the boxes are stacked up, waiting for the local delivery van. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello or ask what’s cooking. It’s a very grounded, local operation. We don't have a sales team or anything like that. We just focus on making the products and getting them out to the shops. It can get pretty hot in the packing room, especially in the afternoons. We just keep at it, tray by tray. It’s simple, honest work, and we like being part of the Vadavalli community.
