Amiable Food Products

Our place is at 61, Chindhamanipalayam, which is over in Cheyur. We’re in the Avinashi area. Being out here means things are a bit quieter than in the big cities, which we like. We work with food products, so our days are filled with the smells of whatever we’re processing at the time. It’s a very hands-on job. We have to be careful with everything because it’s food, so we spend a lot of time cleaning and checking things over. The building isn't anything special, just a practical space that works for what we do. We have a few locals who work with us, and we all know each other pretty well. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or things not working quite right, but that’s just part of being in this location. We don’t have a big website or a corporate office. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just coming down to the unit. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool. By the afternoon, it gets pretty warm inside, but we keep moving. We put a lot of effort into making sure the products are handled properly before they get sent out to the shops. It’s a lot of routine, but we don't mind it. It’s just how we run things here in our corner of Avinashi. We just keep our heads down and work.
