Eatly

We set up Eatly over in R S Puram on Periasamy Road East. We are on the ground floor of AR Towers, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you are near Madurai Eye Hospital. Coimbatore is a busy place, and this neighborhood has a lot going on. We started this because we wanted a simple place to work and serve food. The space at No 134 and 135 is not too big, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of our time in the back getting things ready. It is just a few of us here. We see a lot of people coming from the hospital or just walking through the shopping areas nearby. The chairs are comfortable enough and the lights are bright. We do not spend much on fancy decorations because we think the food is what matters more. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We have been here for a while and have seen the shops around us change, but we are still doing the same thing. It is a straightforward operation. We show up, cook, clean, and go home. People seem to appreciate that we do not make a big fuss about things. It is just a local eatery in a busy part of town. Every morning we check the supplies and make sure we have what we need for the day ahead.
