Our place is located down at Kalkuli Thottam in Venkittapuram. It's out toward the Kulathur side of Coimbatore. If you're driving out there, it’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but it’s much quieter. We have a decent-sized space here at 2/304. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. The weather in Coimbatore is usually okay, but it gets pretty humid in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all day. We do a lot of the heavy lifting and technical work right here on site. It’s mostly about the belts and industrial parts, so there’s always a bit of grease and machinery noise in the background. We have a small group of workers who’ve been with us for a long time. We aren't really the type to have big fancy corporate events. Most of the time, we’re just wearing our work clothes and getting on with the schedule. The Post Office is nearby in Venkittapuram, which helps with the shipping side of things. We usually stop for lunch together at the small canteen or bring food from home. It's a steady routine. We don't try to be something we're not. We just run the business and try to keep things efficient so we can go home to our families at the end of the shift. It's just a regular workplace doing its thing every day.
