Our place is located at 3A Palace Manor, right on Balfour Road in the Kellys area. It is numbers 31 and 32 specifically. It’s a bit different from being in a loud industrial zone. Balfour Road has its own rhythm, with cars passing by and people walking to the local shops. The building itself, Palace Manor, is quite recognizable around here. We have been operating from this spot for a long time. The rooms are filled with our things and there is not much space for walking around once the stock arrives. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy during the busy weeks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If you walked in, you’d see a lot of papers on the desks and maybe a half-empty cup of coffee. It feels more like a home-office than a corporate headquarters. We know most of the people who live and work nearby. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello. The light comes in nicely through the front windows in the afternoon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra fuss. We just do what needs doing every day and hope for a good week.
