A Shaik Meera Sahib & Sons

A Shaik Meera Sahib & Sons has been at 80 Pondy Bazaar in T Nagar for a very long time. It’s a busy street, always crowded with shoppers and people walking by. Our shop is one of the older ones in the area. We have a lot of history here, passed down through the family. The space inside is narrow and the shelves go all the way up. We don't have air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that have been humming for years. It’s a local place where people know they can find us. We sell a variety of things, mostly items that have been our staple for decades. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a social media page. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for our family. T Nagar is a loud and colorful place, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the store gets really hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open. We talk to the customers, hear about their families, and do our business. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a family-run shop trying to keep the tradition going in Pondy Bazaar. We just make sure we are here every day, rain or shine. That is just how we do things in our family and it has worked for us so far.
