Blue Click Office Automation India is based in the basement of B.R. Complex, at units 27 and 28. Our entrance is on Woods Road, just off the main Anna Salai stretch. It is a very crowded part of the city, so being down in the basement actually gives us a little bit of quiet from the street noise. We have been here for a long time, and the space is pretty full of machines and parts. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a place where we actually do the repairs and technical work. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on a piece of office equipment. We don’t use any corporate buzzwords or make big promises we can’t keep. We just look at the machines and tell people what we can do to help. Anna Salai is always busy, so finding parking near B.R. Complex can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We handle everything from the technical stuff to the billing ourselves. It’s a small team and we’ve worked together for a while. We don’t really do any big advertising campaigns. Most people hear about us through word of mouth from other offices in the area. We’re just a practical business in a basement, doing our best to keep things running for our customers every day without any big corporate drama.
