Life Long Metal Products

If you walk into the North Phase of the Sidco Industrial Estate, you’ll find us at number 322. Life Long Metal Products has been here for a good stretch of time. It’s loud in here most days because of the machines, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with metal. We do a lot of cutting, shaping, and finishing. The floors aren't always spotless, and there's usually a bit of dust around, but we get the orders out on time. My hands are usually a bit greasy by noon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come to the side door or call us up when they need parts made. The estate can get a bit crowded with trucks, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to load up. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we help each other out when someone’s short on a specific tool or material. It’s a tight-knit place. Working with metal is hard work, and it’s hot in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we're checking an invoice. Most of our day is spent on the floor making sure the dimensions are right. We just want to make stuff that lasts and doesn't give the buyer any trouble down the road. It is just a regular shop doing regular work.
