Architect vision

Up here in Chandigarh, specifically at 535 11-A, we’ve got our little setup for Architect vision. It’s a straightforward place. We don’t have those fancy reception desks or a lot of art on the walls because we’re usually too busy using the wall space for pinning up plans. Working in Chandigarh is interesting because of how the city is laid out, and we try to respect that in what we do. It’s mostly just a couple of us sitting around desks, trying to make sure the measurements actually add up. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we always fix them before the concrete gets poured. It’s about being reliable and just showing up. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We don’t do a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us plenty busy. When someone walks in, they get to talk to the person actually doing the work, not a salesperson. We like it that way. It’s quieter and less complicated. Some days are just filled with phone calls to suppliers and others are spent staring at a blank screen until an idea finally clicks. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the houses and shops we work on are solid and make sense for the people living in them. It's a bit of a grind, but we like it and wouldn't change our routine for much. We just keep our focus on the drawings.
