Khilesh Kumar Sharma Architect

I’ve got my office set up at A-70 in Sector-30 B. I am Khilesh Kumar Sharma, and I’ve been working in the architecture field for quite a while now. The office is a simple room with my desk, some shelves for files, and a lot of pens. I don't go for anything fancy. People usually find me here in the afternoons after I've been out checking on projects. Sector-30 is a good place to work from, and it’s relatively easy for people to get to. I handle various types of building designs. It’s mostly about listening to what someone wants and then trying to put that onto paper without making it too complicated. I do all the technical drawings myself and sometimes I have to explain why a certain idea won't work because of the structure. It’s a lot of back and forth with the contractors. I’ve seen many houses go up around here over the years. My desk is usually covered in site maps and permit applications. It’s not a flashy lifestyle, just a lot of hours spent over a drawing board. I prefer it that way. I like the local feel of this area and most of the people I work for are from around the same neighborhood. Sometimes the lights flicker when the wind is high, but it’s a good spot to work.
