Kulbir Singh Architect

My office is at 343/1 in Sector-41-A. I’ve been operating as Kulbir Singh Architect from this location for quite some time. It’s a small, functional space where I spend most of my day. There isn't much to see other than my drafting table, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a lot of pens. I handle the design and planning for people who are usually looking to build or change their homes. Being in Sector-41-A means I’m close to a lot of the work I do. I don’t have a team of people under me, so I do all the work myself. This means when you talk to me, you’re talking to the person who is actually drawing the lines. I don’t like to make things more complicated than they need to be. I just take the ideas people have and try to turn them into something a builder can actually follow. Sometimes the work is slow and requires a lot of thinking, and other times it’s a rush to get things filed with the local authorities. I deal with the boring stuff like zoning and permits so the owners don’t have to. It’s just me in a quiet room making sure the drawings are right. It’s a decent way to make a living, and I like being my own boss in this little corner of the sector. It gets lonely sometimes, but it stays quiet.
