Zulfiqar Khan

My name is Zulfiqar Khan and you can find me at the Patiala House Courts in Chamber 284. It is quite close to India Gate, which is a landmark most people know. Working in the courts means every day is a bit different and usually quite loud with all the people coming and going. My chamber is a small space filled with files, books, and papers piled up on the desk. It is not a fancy office with leather chairs; it’s a working room where legal matters get sorted out. I spend most of my time either in the chamber or walking through the court corridors. Being near India Gate is nice, but most of the time I am too busy with the paperwork to look at the view. People come here when they have legal issues that need attention, and I do my best to explain the process without using too many big words. It is a lot of reading and writing, and sometimes the days go by very slowly while waiting for a hearing. The court environment is intense, but you get used to the pace after a while. I have been in this chamber for a while now, and it has become a second home. It is just me here, handling the daily grind of the legal world. No big firm behind me, just one person doing the work.
