Vimal Ray Verma

You can find me at Chamber No 183 A over at Patiala House Courts. I’m usually there every day when the courts are in session. My office is pretty close to Gate No 6, which makes it easier to get in and out without fighting the biggest crowds. It’s a typical lawyer's chamber, filled with files, books, and papers everywhere. There isn't a lot of extra space, but it’s where all the actual work happens. Being near the court means I'm always running back and forth between hearings. It gets pretty loud and hectic around the courthouse, especially in the mornings. I’ve spent a lot of years in this building. It’s got a lot of history and you see all kinds of people walking through the hallways every day. I don't have a big staff or a flashy reception area. It’s just a place to meet and talk about legal matters. Sometimes the fans are humming and you can hear the rain on the roof, but we just keep working through it. Dealing with the legal system takes a lot of time and quite a bit of patience. I try to stay organized, though the stacks of folders on my desk keep growing. If you’re looking for the chamber, just head toward the gate and follow the numbers. It’s a busy life here at the court, but it’s what I know. Just a simple office for a legal professional doing his daily work for clients.
