Sunita Caterers

Sunita Caterers is based out of Malviya Nagar. We don't have a giant industrial kitchen, just a good functional space where we do all our food prep and cooking. Most of our work starts very early in the morning when the fresh vegetables and meat arrive from the local mandi. Our team is usually busy chopping, marinating, and getting the big pots ready for whatever event we have that day. Malviya Nagar is a crowded area, so we have to be very organized with our transport to make sure the food arrives hot and on time. We do everything from small family gatherings to slightly bigger parties in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of hard work standing over stoves, especially during the summer months when the heat is intense. We don't spend money on fancy flyers or ads. Most of the people who call us have eaten our food at a friend’s house or a wedding before. We just focus on making sure the spices are right and the food tastes like it was made at home. Sometimes things get stressful when an order changes at the last minute, but we just manage it. By the time we finish cleaning up after a big job, everyone is pretty tired, but it's good to see the empty pots at the end of the day. We don't have fancy delivery trucks, just some vans we load with care.
