Our place is located at 3831 Arya Samaj Road, right by the Tangha Stand in Ragarpura. Karol Bagh is always loud and full of people, and our spot is right in the middle of all that noise. We’ve been handling catering jobs from this small office for a long time. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room where we take bookings and figure out the menus for weddings or small parties nearby. Usually, there’s a lot of traffic outside, especially near the stand, so it can be a bit of a headache getting the trucks in and out. But we make it work somehow. We don't have a big team of fancy managers, just a few of us who know how to get the cooking done. Most of the people who come to us are locals from the Ragarpura area or traders from the market. We just write everything down in our registers and make sure we don't forget the dates. It’s a lot of hard work, mostly standing on your feet for hours during the events. Sometimes things go a bit sideways with the timing, but we always figure it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Delhi, just trying to keep the business going here on Arya Samaj Road. It’s a simple life, really, and we are quite content with the way things are going for us lately.
