Duggul Caterer

We are located on D B Gupta Road, right near the Avtar Hotel in Pahar Ganj. This part of the city never really sleeps. Our kitchen is usually a mess of big pots and crates of vegetables early in the morning. We handle food for different kinds of gatherings, mostly weddings or family parties nearby. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of chopping, cleaning, and heavy lifting involved every single day. We’ve been at this address, 3280, for quite some time now. The street outside is always crowded with rickshaws and delivery vans. We have a small team of cooks who have their own way of doing things. Sometimes we argue about how much salt to put in the dal, but it usually works out fine in the end. We don't have a fancy menu printed on glossy paper. We just tell people what we can make and they choose. Most of our orders come from people living around Pahar Ganj or the neighboring areas. We try to make sure the food arrives on time, even when the traffic is bad, which is almost always. It’s a family-run thing, so someone is always there to keep an eye on the stove. We don't do fancy decorations, just decent food for people who need a meal for their guests. It's a simple life. We just keep our heads down and work. The kitchen gets hot but the work is steady.
