You will find our office at Lg-11 in the Ghanta Ghar area of Kamla Nagar. We are down in the lower ground level, which stays a bit cooler during the hot summer months. Being near the clock tower means there is never a quiet moment. There are always shoppers walking by and students from the University nearby looking for a bite. We mostly handle the arranging things and taking down orders from this spot. It’s a small space, but it serves our purpose well. Most people in Kamla Nagar know where the Ghanta Ghar is, so they don't have much trouble finding us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with families to discuss their menus. It's not a corporate environment; it's more about sitting down and having a tea while we talk about the food. Sometimes the stairs get a bit crowded with people coming and going, but that's just how these old buildings are. We have been working in this neighborhood for quite some time now. We know which markets have the freshest supplies and which lanes are too narrow for our trucks. We don't try to act like we are some giant corporation. We are just local people who know how to put together a good meal for a party. It's a simple business run by people who live right here in the community.
