Kitchen Kings Designer Catering

Our setup is over at Door 133, Block 5 in Pratap Nagar. Being in Karol Bagh, we are surrounded by shops and houses all packed together. We call ourselves designer caterers, but really it just means we try to make the plates look a bit nicer than usual for the parties we handle. It’s a small operation run from this block. We spend a lot of time planning out the logistics because moving stuff through these narrow streets is always a challenge. The kitchen area gets pretty warm, and there’s always someone chopping something or washing up. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about catering. We deal with a lot of last-minute changes from customers, which can be stressful, but we’ve learned to stay calm. Most of our gear is stored right here, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated crew that knows the drill. We’ve been in this part of Pratap Nagar for a while now and the locals know where to find us if they have a function coming up. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just talk to people, show them what we can do, and then get to work on the day of the event. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast for all of us.
