We are based at 18 Bengali Market on the Central Lane. Bengali Market is a well-known spot in New Delhi, famous for its food and the general vibe of the area. Our office for S Udaya Kumar Sagar is tucked away in the lane, which is a bit quieter than the main circle where the shops are. The building has that old-school Delhi charm, with thick walls and high ceilings. Inside, we have a fairly basic setup. There’s a main table where we do most of our consultations and a couple of smaller desks for the clerical work. We’ve been here for a while, so we know all the other business owners in the lane. Sometimes the smell of roasting spices or sweets from the market drifts over to us. The Central Lane can get a bit congested with parked cars, so getting in and out during lunch hour is always a bit of a challenge. Our daily routine involves a lot of reading and writing. We don't have any flashy signs or modern glass interiors. It’s more about the work we do than how the place looks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor has some scuffs from the heavy wooden furniture. We keep a stash of biscuits and a kettle for when people visit. It’s a comfortable, familiar place to work. We just take each day as it comes and handle whatever tasks are on the list.
