Mughlai Invitation Caterers

We've been running Mughlai Invitation Caterers right here in the middle of Meena Bazaar for a long time now. If you know the Jama Masjid area in Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded and lively it gets every single day. Our kitchen is tucked away in these narrow lanes where the smell of spices is always hanging in the air. We mostly handle food for weddings and local family gatherings. It’s a lot of work, especially when the orders are big, but we are used to the rush. My grandfather started something similar, and we just kept it going. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. People just walk into the shop or call us when they have a function coming up. Usually, it’s just us making sure the biryani and the meat dishes are ready on time so the guests don’t have to wait. The traffic around here can be a real headache, especially on weekends, but we manage to get our supplies delivered somehow. We spend most of our mornings prepping ingredients and cleaning up. It's not a glamorous job, and it gets really hot near the big stoves during the summer months. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure the quantity is what the customer asked for. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once, but that is just how business is in Delhi. We’re just local people doing what we know.
