We’ve been here in Chuna Mandi for a while now. Most people know the spot, tucked into this corner of Pahar Ganj. It gets really busy around lunch, especially with all the travelers coming through from the nearby stations and the markets. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but on some days, the crowd just keeps coming. Our crew is mostly local guys who know the streets well. We spend a lot of time just making sure the place stays clean while juggling orders. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for anyone looking for a quick bite without thinking too much about it. Some regulars come in just for a coffee and to sit away from the heat outside. The street noise is always there, honestly, it never really stops in this part of Delhi. We get people from all over the world because of where we are situated. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes, but that is just how things go around here. We don't have a big corporate speech to give. It’s just us making burgers and fries every day. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. If you are walking down 2858/5, you’ll see our door right there. We are just doing our thing, day in and day out, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Pahar Ganj chaos.
