This place is tucked away at 4080 Gali Kasru Wali in Pahar Ganj. If you know Pahar Ganj, you know how tight the streets are and how many people are always walking around. We are right there in the mix of it. It is a busy little spot, especially since so many tourists and locals are always passing through this part of New Delhi. We spend most of the day getting orders ready and making sure the kitchen is running. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months, but we just keep going. It isn't a massive standalone building like the ones you see on the highway, it's more of a local neighborhood version. We see a lot of the same faces every day, people who work in the nearby shops or travelers staying in the local hotels. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and vendors, so there is never a dull moment. We don't really do anything fancy, just follow the usual routines and try to get the food out fast. Sometimes the deliveries take a while because the gali is so narrow, but we manage. It's a bit of a chaotic area, but it's home for us and we like the energy of the crowd. We just keep the doors open and do our bit for the hungry people in the lane. It's just a regular burger place in a very busy street.
